Amos J. Hedgepeth

SUFFOLK — Amos J. Hedgepeth passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 7, 2014. He was predeceased by his parents, Junious and Georgia Hedgepeth; two sisters, Willetha Milteer and Erma Edmonds; and a granddaughter, Troynekia Q. Harper.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia Holland; three sons, Marcus D. Hedgepeth and wife, Lisa, Troy D. Holland and wife, Janice, and Kelton D. Hedgepeth; three daughters, Dawn D. Hedgepeth, Candra S. Holland and Jessica B. Harper; one brother, Cyrus M. Hedgepeth and wife, Alberta; 15 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Oct. 11, 2014, at 1 p.m. at First Baptist Church, 112 Mahan St., Suffolk, with visitation one hour prior to the service. The Rev.
