A Suffolk man was arrested Saturday and charged with unlawful filming or photographing of another after a woman he knew alleged he hid his cellphone in her bathroom and obtained video of her nude without her consent.

Dale Allen Mathes, 19, is charged in the incident, which took place on Shell Road.

His first court appearance is set for Jan. 15.
