The Nansemond-Suffolk Academy girls’ lacrosse team blew out visiting Christchurch School by the score of 18-5 on Tuesday.

Jessie Lerner led the Lady Saints with a remarkable nine goals to go with one assist. Olivia Elliott, Julia Hayden, Lexie Yeatts and Sarah Higinbotham each scored two goals, and Higinbotham added an assist. Kate Dewing scored once and had two assists.

Lizzy Fowler recorded five saves for NSA.

Nansemond-Suffolk is scheduled to visit Virginia Episcopal School this afternoon.
