James Vaughan, 74, of 4115 Bishops Place, Portsmouth, died Tuesday, April 28 2015, at Fresenius Medical Care, Suffolk. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 6, 2015, at New Jerusalem Apostolic Ministries, 418 Pinner St., Suffolk, officiated by Pastor Leslie Harper Sr. Interment will be in Nansemond-Suffolk Cemetery.
