Virginia Eye Consultants is currently accepting nominations for complimentary surgeries it will be performing on patients in the community.

Nominations are being accepted at each of its five locations, including 2463 Pruden Blvd. in Suffolk and 20209 Sentara Way in Carrollton. Online submissions are also welcome at www.virginiaeyeconsultants.com.

Accepted applicants will be uninsured or under-insured and financially unable to pay for their procedure. Possible procedures include cataract removals, corneal transplants, glaucoma surgery, LASIK surgery or repairing traumatic injuries.

Submissions are due June 30. All procedures will be performed at the Norfolk location.
