Milton David Butts, 75, of J.F.K. Court, Suffolk, died Thursday, June 25, 2015, at Golden Living in Portsmouth. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, July 3, 2015, at St. Paul RZUA Church. Interment will be in Carver Memorial Cemetery.
