Program focuses on Millenials

Millennials’ work habits are different. Their values are different. They care more about work/life balance and less about money. They want to be given more responsibility than earn it. They are entering the workforce at record rates.

The Suffolk Division of the Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce will host a special program on engaging and working with Millennials at 8:30 a.m. Aug. 18.

The special, 90-minute program will focus on igniting workplace enthusiasm and how business owners, managers or executives can create a culture that engages and retains Millennials.
