Donnie Allen Paitsel died Nov. 4, 2015. A celebration of life service will be held Saturday, Nov. 7, at 2 p.m. with Pastors Billy Paramore and Ben Fulton officiating at Portsmouth Church of God of Prophecy, 5080 Greenwood Drive, with visitation one hour before the service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Suffolk Church of God of Prophecy Memorial Fund, 1214 Holland Road, Suffolk, VA 23434.
