Pebbles LeaTrice Chapman, 31, was born on July 18, 1984 in Kings County Hospital in Brooklyn, N.Y. She was the daughter of LaVerne and Thomas Chapman Jr.

Ms. Chapman’s visitation will take place from noon to 8 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 13, 2015, at the funeral home. A celebration of life service will take place at noon Saturday, Nov. 14, 2015, at Metropolitan Baptist Church, Pastor Akeem Z. Walker, eulogist. She will be laid to rest in the T.E. Cooke-Overton Garden of Carver Memorial Cemetery.
