Joyce Ann Porter, 55, of Suffolk, transitioned Friday, Dec. 4, 2015, at Sentara Obici Hospital. A celebration of life will be held noon Wednesday, Dec. 16, at Faith Temple Apostolic Church. She will be laid to rest in Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Professional services with dignity have been entrusted to Crocker Funeral Home Inc.
