Jim Carroll, president of the Hampton Roads Small Business Development Center, will present a program designed to help entrepreneurs make the decisions necessary to start and grow businesses.

The “GrowthWheel Training Program” will be presented over 10 sessions, beginning Feb. 9, at the Carrollton Library, 14362 New Town Haven Lane.

Interested parties can join single sessions for $60 apiece or sign up for the whole series for $200.

Session topics range from business ideas and product portfolios in the first session to ownership, legal issues, networking, branding and financials.

General categories include business concept, organization, customer relations and operations.
