Alice taught dancing and also was a dancer for many years with her daughter; she kept score and never missed a baseball game with her son, or any sporting event either of her children participated in. Her passion for sporting events started young and continued throughout her life. Her love for sports was contagious, and her children and other family members always enjoyed sharing in that with her. She was a true Redskins fan indeed. She treasured nothing more than spending time in Nags Head with her family and loved being on the beach.

She enjoyed her last 11 years with her amazing true life partner, Rickey. She was his biggest fan and a true supporter of his drag racing events, which she truly loved. They also played pool and traveled every opportunity possible to visit her children, grandchildren and brother.

Holidays and special occasions were some of her favorite moments in life, and she was always the core of making those moments special for those she loved most. The memory of Alice would be that heaven gained an amazingly kind and giving soul. She will be greatly missed and always remembered by those who knew and loved her.
