Zera Clemon found eternal peace and returned to be with her heavenly Father on Monday, May 23, 2016, in Clinton, Md.

She was preceded in death by her son, George Glee Jr.

Zera leaves to cherish her memory, a daughter, Annette Glee Jackson, of Clinton, Md.; a son, Sidney Glee, of Washington, D.C.; a sister, Hassie Glee, of Madison, Fla.; sisters-in-law, Modestine Clemons and Thelma Hicks, of Suffolk; five grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and a host of family and friends.

Ms. Clemon’s visitation will take place at 11 a.m., and a funeral will take place at noon, on Saturday, May 28, 2016, at Metropolitan Baptist Church, 125 County St., Suffolk, VA 23434, and she will be laid to rest at Carver Memorial Cemetery.
