Tom Gatlin Ruffin Jr., 60, affectionately known as “Buddy,” died on Sunday, June 5, 2016, at his residence. A visitation will take place from 3 to 7 p.m. today, Thursday, June 9, at the funeral home. A celebration of life service will take place at 1 p.m. on Friday, June 10, at the funeral home chapel, and he will be laid to rest at Carver Memorial Cemetery. Services are entrusted to T.E.
