UPDATE: 1:57 p.m. — All lanes are now clear and open, according to VDOT.

Earlier: The Virginia Department of Transportation reported at 12:10 p.m. Wednesday that all travel lanes on I-664 northbound at the Monitor-Merrimac Memorial Bridge Tunnel in Suffolk were closed because of a crash.

Northbound on-ramps to I-664 were also closed from College Drive and Bridge Road. Traffic was being detoured along Bridge Road, across the James River Bridge.
