Mrs. Edmonia (Claiborne) Johnson, 90, of Smithfield, died on Saturday, July 9, 2016, at Sentara Obici Hospital in Suffolk. A celebration of life service will be held at noon on Friday, July 15, 2016, at Shivers Funeral Chapel. Viewing will be held on Thursday, July 14, 2016, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the chapel. Interment will be in the Christian Home Baptist Church Cemetery, Windsor. Services are entrusted to Shivers Funeral Chapel.
