Taliyah Cooper, 4 months, of Portsmouth, transitioned Saturday, July 9, 2016, at Children’s Hospital of the King’s Daughters. A celebration of life will be held 11 a.m. Friday, July 15, 2016, in the Melvin J. Blowe Chapel of Crocker Funeral Home Inc. She will be laid to rest in Carver Memorial Cemetery.
