Lillian Smith Chapman, 87, entered into eternal rest on Monday, July 11, 2016, at Sentara Obici Hosptial.

A celebration of life will be held at noon on Monday at St. Paul Baptist Church. She will be laid to rest at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery.
