Mr. Walter S. Evans, of Burdette Road, died on July 25, 2016. A homegoing service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 30, 2016, at Chapel Grove UCC, 7366 West Blackwater Road, Windsor, with the pastor, the Rev. H. Carlyle Church Jr., delivering the eulogy. Burial will be in the church cemetery. A traditional service with dignity will be conducted by Wm. M. Johnson & Sons Inc., 224 S. Main St., Franklin.
