Both Nansemond River volleyball teams lost to Indian River on Thursday.
Despite the straight-sets loss, the Warriors were satisfied with their effort. The Warriors are ready to get back to work and improve.
“We need to improve our communication,” senior Jake Bordeaux said. “We can’t let our errors get the best of us.”
The Lady Warriors lost in four sets. The loss does not reflect how hard the Lady Warriors competed in the game. Two sets were decided by two points, and another one was decided by three. Even though the Lady Warriors did not win, they can build on this effort.
