King’s Fork High School field hockey tried to bounce back from a quick Deep Creek start, but they ultimately lost 3-1 at home on Monday.

The Lady Bulldogs were expecting an intense game, which was evident after Deep Creek scored in the first minute of the game.

“Our communication could have been better during the game,” the Lady Bulldogs’ Lauren Park said. “We have had a problem with positioning this year, but we are working hard to get better at it.”

Despite the loss, the Lady Bulldogs are starting to see improvement, particularly in their conditioning.

Next for the Lady Bulldogs is a Conference 17 match at home against Churchland High School.
