Randall Curtis “Randy” Eby passed away on Oct. 8, 2016. He was born in California to Duane and the late Donna Eby. Randy was a man who loved nature. His favorite pastimes were fishing, skiing and spending time at the beach. Along with his mother, Randy is predeceased by his sister, Mona.

Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Yadira M. Eby, father, Duane Eby, sister, Kim (David) Jarvis, brother, Greg (Barbara) Eby, nieces and nephews, and extended family and friends from Costa Rica.

A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 12, 2016, at R.W. Baker & Co. Funeral Home and Crematory, 509 W. Washington St., with the Rev. Matt Winters officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be offered to Alzheimer’s Association, 6350 Center Drive #102 Norfolk, VA 23502.
