Mary Williams Foxx, 72, died on Saturday, Oct. 8, 2016. A visitation will take place from 3 to 7 p.m. today at Better Life COGIC in Chesapeake. A funeral service will take place at 4 p.m. on Friday at the church. Services are entrusted to T.E. Cooke-Overton Funeral Home Inc.
