Dallas Norfleet Bunch, 79, passed away on Feb. 20, 2017.

He was born in Nansemond County to the late Lizzie Kate Lilley and Elisha Norfleet Bunch. Dallas retired after 25 years as a welder and maintenance mechanic from Ford Motor Co. He is predeceased by his loving wife of 53 years, Barbara W. Lane Bunch.

Dallas is survived by daughters and sons-in-law, Terrie B. and David Rose and Lori B. and Barry Harcum; grandchildren, Amy L. Rose and Benjamin E. Harcum; and numerous extended family and friends.

Dallas’ service will be held at 2 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 23, 2017, in Nansemond-Suffolk Cemetery with the Rev. Lafayette T. Wilkins officiating. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday in Parr Funeral Home & Crematory and other times in the home of Lori and Barry Harcum.
