The Nansemond Volleyball Club 15s team won a tournament in Richmond last weekend.

The Suffolk club was placed in the Old Dominion Region, which had a total of 12 teams. Nansemond won all of its games without dropping a set.

The girls finished the day on Sunday with a club record of 84 aces, 114 kills and 112 digs.

Liz Reese and Addy Greene led the offense with 44 and 30 kills, respectively. Rachel Wingfield finished with 114 assists and a career-high 28 aces.

Rylee Bono led the defense with 34 digs.

The team is now 16-2 and will travel to Raleigh, N.C., on March 10 to play in the Mid-Atlantic Power League.
