Suffolk police are investigating a reported incident of indecent exposure at a North Suffolk retail store on Friday.

Officers were called to the Michaels department store in the 1000 block of University Boulevard. Preliminary investigation found that about 4:30 p.m. Friday, an unidentified man allegedly exposed himself to an 11-year-old girl in the store, according to city spokeswoman Diana Klink.

The man was described as a white male with medium build; short, dark-colored hair; and in his 50s.

The investigation remains ongoing, Klink stated.
