Lucille Parker Sylvia, 91, died April 23, 2017, at home holding her children’s hands. A celebration of life will be conducted at R.W. Baker & Co. Funeral Home and Crematory, 509 W. Washington St., Suffolk, on April 26, 2017, at 2 p.m. by the Rev. Don Miller. Burial will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home on April 25, 2017, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. and other times at the son’s home.
