Warriors bounce back

The Nansemond River High School boys’ soccer team got a road win against Gloucester High School Friday.

After losing their first conference game Thursday against Kecoughtan High School, the Warriors bounced back. The win puts them at 1-1 in the conference and 8-4 overall.

Nansemond River had no shortage of offense as the Warriors defeated Gloucester 5-1.

Next, Nansemond River will face Menchville High School at home at 7 p.m. Tuesday.
