Police are investigating an accident that happened Saturday morning and involved a CSX train hitting a truck on the railroad tracks in the 1300 block of Portsmouth Boulevard.

The crash was reported at 8:29 a.m., and there were no injuries, according to a city press release. The crash occurred on private property.

The accident remains under investigation, the news release stated.
