Fannie Bell Hicks, 93, of Suffolk, died on Sept. 26, 2017. A funeral will be held at noon, Saturday, Sept. 30, 2017, at St. Paul Church. Services are entrusted to Metropolitan Funeral Service, Portsmouth Boulevard.
