Otis Linward Jarrett, 72, of Williamsburg, passed away on Friday, Oct. 6, 2017. He was born the last of nine children on June 13, 1945.

A celebration of life service will be held at noon Friday, Oct. 13, 2017, at Shivers Funeral Chapel, Smithfield. Viewing will be held Thursday, Oct. 12, 2017, from 4 to 7 p.m.  at the chapel.
