Josephine Brown, 70, of East Washington Street, Suffolk, transitioned Monday, Oct. 9, 2017, at her residence. A celebration of life will be held at noon Monday, Oct. 16, 2017, at Healing Fountain Macedonia Church, 308 Briggs St. She will be laid to rest in Holly Lawn Cemetery.
