The Lady Saints field hockey team is ranked No. 4 in this week’s Virginia Independent Schools Athletic Association field hockey poll.

Nansemond-Suffolk Academy took a 4-0 loss to Cape Henry Tuesday afternoon. Cape Henry is currently ranked No. 1 in the same poll. Cape Henry and NSA are the two top-ranked Tidewater Conference of Independent Schools teams in the poll.

NSA is currently 7-3-1. They will face Norfolk Collegiate on the road at 6 p.m. Friday.
