Mrs. Priscilla Diggs, of 310 S. Main St., departed this earthly life on Oct. 30, 2017. A celebration of life service will be held on Monday, Nov. 6, 2017, at 1 p.m. at the Gates of Heaven Church, 112 Beech St., Suffolk. The family will receive friends at the home of her son, Jamaal and Cornesia Mills, at 310 S. Main St., Suffolk. Burial will be in Carver Memorial Cemetery.
