Vincent Nicandro Neri passed away on Nov. 17, 2017 at his home. Vincent was born Aug. 19, 1952. He was preceded by his father, Paul Emmanuel Neri, and mother, Hilda Lee Neri.

Vincent is survived by his wife of 42 years, Susan; two children, Julia Young (Justin) of Chesapeake, and Paula Wagner (Chad) of San Diego, Calif.; two grandchildren, Camden Hadley Young and Carter Vincent Young; a sister, Angie Hallberg (Chris) of Fredericksburg; a brother-in-law, Talmadge Bowden (Debbie) of Smithfield; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Vincent will be remembered as an avid outdoorsman. He was a member of the Cosmopolitans, Peanut City Bass Masters and Myrtle Hunt Club.

A graveside service will be held Tuesday at 3 p.m. at Colosse Baptist Church Cemetery in Windsor.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Hallberg-Neri Memorial Scholarship.
