Tonya K. (nèe Hall) Wilbur is a candidate for the degree of Master of Business Administration from Purdue University. She will also receive an International Master’s in Management from TIAS School of Business and Society in Tilburg, Netherlands.

Tonya is a graduate of Churchland High School, of Portsmouth, and the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She is the daughter of David and LaVerne Campbell, of Hampton, and the late Jackson C. Hall Jr. Her grandparents are Frederick D. Darden, of Suffolk, and the late Geneva K. Darden.

She is currently employed with Plex Systems and resides with her husband, Gregory, in Long Beach, Calif.
