Shamar Copeland age 38, died on Wednesday, Dec. 13, 2017, at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital. Mr. Copeland’s visitation will take place from noon to 7 p.m. on Friday at T.E. Cooke-Overton Funeral Home, 405 Johnson Ave. A funeral will take place at noon on Saturday at Healing Chapel Baptist Church, and he will be laid to rest at Carver Memorial Cemetery.
