Elisa Brown, 104, of Norfolk, transitioned Thursday, Sept. 6, 2018, at Signature Healthcare in Norfolk. A celebration of life will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 21, 2018, at Azalea Garden Church, 1541 Centerville Turnpike, Virginia Beach, and she will be laid to rest in Centerville Chapel A.M.E.
