William “Billy” Elbert Goodwin, 80, died Oct. 5, 2018. A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 9, 2018, at Wilroy Baptist Church with the Rev. Tim Rawls officiating.  Burial will follow at Nansemond-Suffolk Cemetery.  Friends joined the family for a time of visitation Monday night at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Wilroy Baptist Church.
