Kelly L. Burgess, of Suffolk, died on Oct. 15, 2018, while a patient in Nansemond Pointe Convalescent Facility. A service celebrating his life will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 20, 2018, at St. Luke Church of Christ, Disciples of Christ, 1281 South Asbury Church Road, Washington, N.C. The interment and military honors will be rendered in the Burgess Family Cemetery, 5751 River Road.
