Following are this week’s nominees for the Suffolk News-Herald Player of the Week:

Allie Fischer, senior, Nansemond River High School field hockey: Fischer scored the only goal in the Lady Warriors’ playoff win over Hickory High School.

Addy Greene, junior, Nansemond-Suffolk Academy volleyball: Greene had 34 kills in two upset wins for the Lady Saints.

Alana Moore, senior, Lakeland High School girls’ volleyball: Moore had 16 kills, nine blocks and four aces on senior night in the Lady Cavs’ match against the Bulldogs.

Rebecca Kluck, senior, King’s Fork High School girls’ volleyball: Kluck played a vital role in the Lady Bulldogs’ win over Lakeland High School.
