Douglas R. Carr, age 73, died on Oct. 28, 2018. The family will receive friends at a visitation from 7 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 30, at Parr Funeral Home in Suffolk. A funeral honoring Doug’s life will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 31, at Western Branch Baptist Church, 6952 Old Myrtle Road, Suffolk.
