Mrs. Carolyn Frances Williams Dillard, of 611 Kinsey Lane, Suffolk, departed this earthly life on Nov. 13, 2018. She was predeceased by her parents, S.T. Venois Williams Sr. and Frances Eloise Boone Williams.

She is survived by her loving sisters, Patricia A. Holland, of Kileen, Texas, and Deborah W. Parker, of Suffolk; one brother, S.T. Venois Jr. (Azalea), of Suffolk; and a host of other family and friends.

A celebration of life service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 17, 2018, at Metropolitan Baptist Church, 125 Tynes St., Suffolk. Burial will be in Carver Memorial Cemetery.
