Jessie L. Whitley, 63, of Suffolk, transitioned Thursday, Nov. 8, 2018, at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital. A celebration of life will be held at noon, Thursday, Nov. 15, 2018, in the Melvin J. Blowe Chapel of Crocker Funeral Home. Bishop Carlton R. Upton Sr. will deliver the message of comfort. He will be laid to rest in the Crocker Funeral Home section of Carver Memorial Cemetery.
