Daisy R. Chapman, 95, of South Sixth Street, Suffolk, transitioned Thursday, Nov. 29, 2018, at her residence. A celebration of life will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 8, 2018, at St. Mark Deliverance Center, Portsmouth. She will be laid to rest in Carver Memorial Cemetery.
