One man was injured in a shooting early Sunday morning.

Police are investigating the shooting, which was reported at 1:18 a.m. Sunday in the 300 block of Spruce Street, according to a city press release.

Officers found the adult male victim suffering from a gunshot wound to his leg. He was taken via Nightingale to an area hospital for treatment of injuries not deemed life-threatening.

No additional details are available for release at this time.
