James “Jimmy” R. Billups Sr., 72, died on Monday, Jan. 7, 2019. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Jan. 11, 2018, at Tucker Swamp Baptist Church with the Rev. Curt Faison officiating. Friends may join the family for a time of visitation one hour prior to the service from 1 to 2 p.m. at the church. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home to offset expenses.
