NSA wins big over Walsingham

The Lady Saints went on the road Tuesday night and got a big 70-20 win over Walsingham Academy.
Nansemond-Suffolk Academy went to 8-4 on the season with the 50-point win over conference foe Walsingham. It was the highest point total so far this season for NSA and gives them their second win of the new year.
NSA pretty much put the game out of reach after only one quarter, outscoring Walsingham 35-8. It was an all-around team effort with three players scoring in double figures, and six players total scoring at least six points. Cammy Reid led the way for NSA with 14 points.
The Lady Saints will go on the road to take on Peninsula Catholic High School at 5:30 p.m. Friday.
