A celebration of life service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 7, 2019, at Shivers Funeral Chapel, Smithfield. Viewing will take place from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2019, at the Chapel. Services entrusted to Shivers Funeral Chapel.
