A Suffolk man charged in an August shooting has been indicted in several felonies related to the incident.

Michael Jermell Hatton, 45, is charged in a shooting that happened Aug. 16 at a barbershop on East Washington Street.

Tony Jonathan Lundy, also in his 40s, was seriously injured in the shooting. There were reports that the altercation started with a verbal argument over whether actress Halle Berry should play deceased singer Aretha Franklin in a movie, but Lundy disputed that version after a court hearing in January.
